Accessibility for all

The Foundation offers you a personalized and customized welcome in order to provide you with a comfortable visiting experience. All the interior spaces as well as the terrace are accessible to all: exhibition rooms, educational space, sanitary facilities. A bookshop is also available.
NB: the garden may present difficulties for wheelchair users because of the gravel path.

      Mental and psychic disabilities
The Foundation regularly welcomes groups with mental and psychological disabilities. Please book this visit in advance.
A pedagogical file is also available for accompanying persons and caregivers who wish to prepare their visits or find adapted reading keys and workshop ideas.
      Hearing impaired
A magnetic loop is present at the reception and our toilets are equipped with a visual alarm.
      Visual disability
We welcome you to the Foundation with your guide dog. The stairs have contrasting markings and the signage is adapted.
          Motor disability
All the interior spaces are accessible and comply with disability standards: elevator serving all floors, adapted toilets, adapted height of the exhibition signage. However, access to the garden may present difficulties due to the gravel path.
A wheelchair is available to the public.
Three parking spaces are reserved for people with reduced mobility.

For several years now, the Foundation has been taking a proactive approach to all publics, thanks to educational mediation that encourages exchange and access to culture. In this context, numerous projects have been carried out with all types of public: the Rouffach hospital, nursery school assistants, art therapy workshops with Parkinson France, workshops with the ESAT EA Saint-André de Cernay and welcoming groups with disabilities during adapted guided tours.
The Foundation is open to all proposals for collaboration or partnerships with associations, hospitals, schools, prisons, etc. Do not hesitate to contact the person in charge of the public, Solène Gwinner, who will be happy to assist you in your projects.
